In this episode, Coach P speaks with Colby Crank, the head wrestling coach at Ottawa University in Kansas. Colby was a 4 x College All-American, 2 x National Finalist, and a National Champion. After competing in college, Colby became an assistant wrestling coach at Baker University, Barton College, and then the head coach at Ottawa University.
Colby shares his unique journey through college wrestling during the conversation, which includes stops at three different schools, along with highs and lows. He shares the steps that allowed him to become a champion athlete and what he's now doing to create other champions, on and off the mat.
Colby shares a lot of wisdom and tangible steps you can take to become your best right now. So be sure to listen, take notes, and share with a friend.
